元器件交易網(wǎng)訊 10月28日消息，據(jù)外媒Tomshardware報道，全球自動光學檢測和高分辨率 x-射線檢測系統(tǒng)的領先供應商Nordson Yestech宣布將于11月12日至15日(北京時間)，在德國慕尼黑展覽會上展出全新FX SL自動光學檢測系統(tǒng)，特點在于可利用內(nèi)置有3D高度傳感器的多角度像機，快速“捕獲到飛行物體 ”并進行全彩色數(shù)字圖像處理。

其次，檢測系統(tǒng)配有5個全彩色高速智能數(shù)字攝像頭。攝像頭的行走位置都是根據(jù)智能機器學習方法進行了路徑的最優(yōu)化設置 , 確保像機以最短、最快的方式進行測試。

器件檢測部分，采用自主開發(fā)的基于機器學習策略的數(shù)字圖像特征 分類與識別算法，充分利用數(shù)字圖像的顏色、性狀以及統(tǒng)計信息，檢測準確度更高，可以檢測出灰度算法無法檢測的彩色標識的器件，以及器件缺漏、錯位、翻轉(zhuǎn)、側(cè)立、破損、錯誤器件、錯誤極性等錯誤。

生產(chǎn)環(huán)境部分，只需要器件的XY坐標和電路板的出料單（BOM）就可自動學習，無需建立維護專門的元件庫、封裝庫、 或者復雜的轉(zhuǎn)換軟件，適合國內(nèi)復雜的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，學習使用的標準電路板可以容錯、不影響編程的正確性。

Yestech demos fast AOI with colour imaging

Nordson Yestech will show its FX SL advanced AOI inspection system for PCBs at Productronica exhibition in Munich ( November 12 – 15).

UntitledThe FX SL AOI, which will be demonstrated on the Yestech Stand 438 in Hall A2, offers high speed “capture on the fly” inspection using angled cameras, a 3D height sensor, full color digital image processing technology and both image- and rule-based algorithms.

Configurable for all line positions, the system can be used for paste, pre / post-reflow and final assembly inspection.

The use of advance colour imaging offers “high-speed PCB inspection with exceptional defect coverage”, said the supplier.

With one top-down viewing camera and four side-viewing cameras, the FX SL inspects solder joints and verifies correct part assembly.

The California-based company will also be showing the BX-UV inspection system for conformal coatings in the “Cleaning and Contamination Testing Centre,” located in Hall A2, Stand 429 during the four-day event.
