采取這種多樣化的措施也讓人在危機(jī)中看到了積極的一面。最重要的是，制造商和零售商開(kāi)辟了與客戶(hù)溝通的新途徑，比原計(jì)劃更快地實(shí)施了或全新發(fā)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化銷(xiāo)售，進(jìn)一步發(fā)展了他們的業(yè)務(wù)和工作時(shí)間模式、改善了內(nèi)部危機(jī)管理機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)了團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。因此，調(diào)查受訪者對(duì)今年下半年的前景持樂(lè)觀態(tài)度：25,8%的商家和32%的制造商預(yù)計(jì)新開(kāi)辟的銷(xiāo)售渠道能夠抵消銷(xiāo)售下滑，而分別有49,7%和45,5%的商家和制造商認(rèn)為其業(yè)務(wù)能夠恢復(fù)。
